About the Event

Due to a turn of events, we're excited to announce a NEW chef for the last run of our series, Chef Harold! He's worked at acclaimed restaurants such as NOMA and Freeman's Restaurant, and has also been featured on VICE’s ‘Munchies’, NY1, Bon Appétit's ‘Dish It Out’, and Food Network’s BBQ Brawl.

Join MOSA and Chef Harold Villarosa for our first Chef Pop-Up Supper Series! Chef Harold is making a special appearance in the Bay Area from NYC, and this dinner is a deeply personal one, titled, "The Filipino Filgramage: One’s search for the true self."

One ticket includes five courses, and a beverage pairing courtesy of our title sponsor, Dokkaebier.

Meet the Chef

Born in the Philippines, Chef Harold Villarosa's culinary roots trace back to Iloilo City's rice paddies. Relocating to the South Bronx at age 9, he started his culinary journey at McDonald’s in NYC.

His dedication eventually led to an invitation from Rene Redzepi to join NOMA in Copenhagen, followed by stages at renowned Michelin-starred restaurants and an Executive Chef role at Freeman’s Restaurant.
