Launched in 2023 by Angelina Hong, a restaurant partner and founder of a communications agency, MOSA brings a fresh perspective to culinary events.

Inspired by the precision of fine dining and the legacy of community-driven food movements, MOSA is dedicated to recognizing food as a catalyst for change—creating transformative spaces where guests are invited to be present, explore the origins of their food, and build meaningful connections with others.
Our capabilities expand from concept and design to execution and production. We believe in designing with meticulous attention to detail—because every detail matters.

Influenced by art, narrative storytelling, and the places we pop-up, we produce immersive and engaging events meant to creatively inspire and spark conversation.
