About the Event

MOSA hosts Chef Eric with Eats by E for an intimate, history-inspired 6 course Hawaiian dinner with wine pairings by Duncan Peak Vineyards. The meal will consist of plated and family-style coursed food.

Tickets are $160/pp and include 6 courses along with beverage pairings.

Dinner will take place at a secret location in SOMA, San Francisco. Full details of the dinner will be sent leading up to the event for all ticket holders. Please note, these events are for adults only age 21+.

COMMUNAL TABLE. We have 1 long communal table that seats 20. Tickets purchased at this tier will be sat with their group at this table.

CHEF'S TABLE. We have limited chef's table counter seating that seats 6. You will be seated at a high top away from the Communal Table and intimately near the chef as they plate their dishes.

Meet the Chef

Chef Eric Pascual, whose culinary journey began in his childhood, was born and raised in the Bay Area though he spent significant time in Hawaii where his passion for cooking was ignited. Chef Eric was introduced to cooking by his grandparents and parents, sharing a deep bond with his grandfather, who prepared meals for large gatherings using ingredients from his backyard.

A symbol of this enduring passion is the 50-foot mango tree his grandfather planted nearly 40 years ago in his aunt's backyard in Hawaii. Growing up with two working parents, Chef Eric learned independence early on, starting with cooking. What began as a responsibility evolved into curiosity, then a hobby, and has now become his lifelong passion.
