About the Event

Join MOSA and Jasper Lynn of Rosalynn Supper Club for an intimate and unique 6-course pop-up dinner. Featuring Chef Monique Feybesse of Tarts de Feybesse as the guest pastry chef. Sponsored by HexClad.

One ticket includes an incredibly luxurious experience beginning with an opening reception of caviar from Tsar Nicoulai paired with sparkling wines from Domaine Carneros.

Afterward, guests will be taken on a journey through six courses with custom cocktail pairings courtesy of the Rosalynn team featuring Q Mixers. Non-alcoholic beverages can be provided for those who would prefer a 0 ABV evening.

The evening will end with a delightful chef collaboration featuring Chef Monique Feybesse of Tarts de Feybesse.

Dinner will take place at a secret location in SOMA, San Francisco. Full details of the dinner will be sent leading up to the event.

This is an extremely intimate experience with only 20 seats per evening. Jasper and Chef Monique will both be on-site to walk you through the entire menu and answer any questions you may have.

Meet the Chef

Based out of LA, Rosalynn Supper Club is an intimate chef’s choice fine dining experience amongst friends, old and new featuring Tasting Menus and Family Style Meals.

At the helm of Rosalynn Supper Club, Head Chef Jasper curates an immersive culinary voyage that pushes the boundaries of taste and presentation. His team embraces his unapologetic "why not" mentality, featuring a symphony of seasonal ingredients meticulously sourced both locally and globally paired with a fusion of bold, Asian flavors that harmoniously intertwines with the essence of New American and French cuisines.

Chef Jasper started hosting dinner parties during the height of the pandemic in August 2020. It became clear that good food can bring even greater people together. He has since been featured on Netflix's Bling Empire and received his first accolade as the House of Suntory’s 2023 Rising Chef of the Year.

Based out of the Bay Area, Chef Monique has cooked at some of the best restaurants in the world. Monique met her husband, Paul Feybesse, in 2013 when they were both cooking at Geranium restaurant in Copenhagen. Together, they make up Tarts de Feybesse, an incredibly popular French-inspired pastry business well-known for their eclairs and iconic apple rose tart.
