About the Event

Join MOSA and Chef Lemuel Ramos and Chef Christine Bui for our first Chef Pop-Up Supper Series! Our chefs curated this tasting menu to showcase the flavors of the Philippines and Vietnam. This dinner is inspired by their ethnic background, local ingredients, and their time working together in the kitchen. They have found the perfect harmony between Filipino and Vietnamese flavors to bring to you this special dinner!

One ticket includes a welcome bite, four courses, and a beverage pairing courtesy of our title sponsor, Dokkaebier.

Chefs Lemuel and Christine will be on-site to walk you through the menu and answer any questions you may have. These are intimate dinners with only 20 tickets available for each night so act FAST!

Meet the Chef

Chef Lemuel currently works at Nari. Previously he was Sous Chef at Bar Agricole and worked at One-Starred Michelin restaurant, Mister Jiu’s. Chef Christine externed at Mister Jiu’s after graduating from culinary school and currently works at Virtual Table as a Chef Instructor/Culinary Ops Lead. Both Chefs are Bay Area natives, passionate about local produce and exploring the intersection between their culture and local cuisine.
